Delete in WhimAway
If you are signed in, open WhimAway, open Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm the deletion. An internet connection is required to delete cloud account data.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access or reinstall the app, email the address below to request account deletion.
review@whimaway.app- Preferably send the request from the email address associated with your WhimAway account.
- Identify the WhimAway account you want deleted.
- Never send your password.
- Additional ownership verification may be requested if needed.
What the request covers
An account deletion request covers your WhimAway account and associated application data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Provider operational logs, security records, and backups may follow the provider-specific retention described in the Privacy Policy.
